Whelchel Partners Celebrates First Anniversary

Whelchel Partners Real Estate Services, launched in 2010, has developed a successful business with its full service commercial real estate brokerage. Stemming from its strong roots within the local community, Whelchel Partners has played a pivotal role in helping businesses, owners, and investors with commercial leasing, sales, and customized real estate services.

Implementing a unique marketing approach for each new client and property, Whelchel Partners has succeeded in gaining increased market share, successfully signing on twelve new properties, including office, retail, and industrial properties. By adjusting business strategy according to the individual needs of both client and property, Whelchel Partners allocates resources correspondingly, giving clients the highest quality of service.

In addition to signing new properties, Whelchel Partners has represented both tenants and buyers within the marketplace, helping relocate or expand six companies in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach communities. “What is exciting about our clients’ businesses is most of them are expanding and relocating to larger spaces. We see positive signs for our local economy to have small business growing again,” says President Kristy Whelchel Hartofilis. An avid community activist, Whelchel Partners extends their business outlook beyond everyday dealings by immersing themselves within the community. “It is important,” affirms Principal Jay Whelchel, “to stay connected to the non-profit and cultural groups who are the foundation for a thriving and economically diverse community.” Their non-profit involvement includes work with the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Junior League of Boca Raton, George Snow Scholarship Fund, American Heart Association, and the Boca Raton Historical Society Board.
